Abstract

|
With the opening of international markets and Global harmonization trends, Korean pharmaceutical companies face strong challenges for globalization. To survive in the global competition, the Korean pharmaceutical companies should extend their market to overseas. The current status and the trends for international harmonization of Korean pharmaceutical industry are described relating with the global community such as WHO, ICH, PIC/S and ISO. Moreover, the opinion will be addressed on the future strategy of government and pharmaceutical companies to cope with the current trends of global harmonization.
